“The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need to bring digital supplements into play in elderly care to provide a human connection and active aging and live up to the promise of the welfare state” (Ojala, 2021).
Project Aim
The project aims to open up lifelong and life-wide learning opportunities by raising the competences of educators embedded in the intergenerational context and digitization of seniors (50+) would allow them to slowly bridge this gap.
Target Groups
- Adult educators working with seniors in the field of intergenerational activities or aspiring to work in this field.
- Seniors (50+)

Work Package 2
Booklet with intergenerational activities including best practices applied in partner countries

Work Package 3
MOOC for facilitators/ educators working with seniors in any intergenerational context, along with training materials/ lesson plans which can be used by facilitators working with seniors

Work Package 4
Sustainability, Dissemination, Exploitation aims to increase the impact of the project, provide knowledge on the issues of inclusion and integration of seniors with younger generations, mostly in terms of adult education and other related activities, etc.
