WP3 - MOOC for facilitators/ educators working with seniors in any intergenerational context, along with training materials/ lesson plans which can be used by facilitators working with seniors;

WP3 aims to develop MOOC for facilitators/ educators working with seniors in an intergenerational context (PR2), along with learning materials/ lesson plans (PR3) which can be respectively used by facilitators working with seniors. The course will be enriched with teaching materials and lesson plans. To preserve an intergenerational context of the materials, extensive desk research will be made and focus groups will be organised in order to accurately define seniors’ and youngsters’ main needs to be covered in participatory videos and digital stories or storyboards.

In the WP3 (MOOC) are included:

MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) for adult educators working with seniors in any intergenerational context,
Teaching materials and lesson plans with the use of participatory video, storyboards, and digital storytelling to be used by educators working with seniors in any intergenerational context,
Desk research which includes focus groups with seniors and young people to identify their main needs
Pilot testing with seniors in each partner country
Digital stories underpinned by storyboards

E-Training Participatory Video Program

The E-Training Participatory Video program successfully organised on the 10th of September 2024 and equipped participants with essential skills in video production using Adobe Premiere Rush. The program featured two external educators who enhanced the learning experience by teaching effective techniques for recording, editing, and exporting video and audio.
Purpose:
To educate and empower individuals in video production, enabling the creation of engaging content.
Target Audience:
Educators and aspiring video producers who sought to improve their video creation and editing skills.
Objectives Achieved:

Participants grasped the fundamentals of video production.
Each participant successfully produced and exported a professional-quality video by the end of the course.

Course Overview:
This comprehensive training provided participants with a deep understanding of video production, covering planning, execution, and distribution. By the conclusion of the program, attendees were well-equipped to create high-quality videos for a variety of purposes.
